Fifty-four thousand square feet in the old freight hall, with the crane rails still overhead. Nine hundred machines, 40 tables and a sportsbook on the mezzanine.

The Roof

A pool on the ninth floor facing the channel, open year round and heated, with cabanas along the inland side.
